1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, service, or product provided by Aetheron ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Aetheron provides creative technology services including but not limited to software development, web application engineering, viral product design, AI-augmented delivery, photography, and videography. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for client engagements are defined in separate project agreements or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in original work created by Aetheron for a client engagement transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Aetheron retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

Our own products — including but not limited to bostadsspelet.se and gissabilpriset.se — remain the sole intellectual property of Aetheron. No part of those products may be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without our written permission.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a penalty interest rate in accordance with Swedish law (Räntelagen).

5. Confidentiality

Aetheron treats all client information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client materials, project details, or business information to third parties without explicit consent. We offer NDA agreements on request at no charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aetheron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Aetheron in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable Use

When using any of our web products or platforms, you agree not to:

Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access source code
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts, with Stockholm district court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
